I’m taking a break from sport

I believe I need to take care of my emotional and mental health and really make space for more school work.

My aim is to become comfortable with spending time with myself and not depending on others on my happiness. I want other people to be an addition to my life and not the essence or factor. I don’t need their approval or attention. I need more confidence in myself and a tad of self love.

So the rest of October is about me and getting into uni.
